By installing and using the Pluto browser extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.
License
Pluto is open source software distributed under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License.
The Extension
Pluto replaces your browser's default new tab page with a customizable experience including backgrounds, widgets, and other visual elements. The extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Third-Party Content
Background images are sourced from Unsplash and Pexels. These images are subject to their respective licenses and terms of service. Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo's free API.
No Warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
